Any product bought from Prozo or it’s affiliate website is returnable as per the specific terms mentioned on the invoice. If any clarification regarding any order is needed, please email your return request along with Orders ID and a copy of invoice to [email protected]. Once approved, you will be requested to send back the products to our designated warehouse and a return ID will be allocated to you.
