The use of the Proship Wallet is at the user's own risk. Prozo provides the payment gateway "as is" and without any warranties, express or implied. Prozo does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
Prozo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use the Proship Wallet. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.
User Responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account. Users must notify Prozo immediately of any unauthorized use of their account or any other breach of security.
